The Stinky Rose

I used to dread mincing up garlic and the lingering smell on my hands. But now, I buy the huge, 3 pound bag of peeled garlic from Costco, and using my handy dandy mini-chopper, I go to town!  


I simply do a rough chop on the garlic, transfer it to little containers (about 2 ounces of garlic or 15 cloves in each container) and top with olive oil.  I then put all the little containers in the freezer, keeping one out in the fridge for daily use.  Now, not only do I use a lot more garlic, I like to use the infused olive oil for all sorts of things too!  And my hands stay nice and fresh.  Happy Eating!
